How it works
From roster to pay run to NDIS invoice, in one system
PayEzy follows each shift from the roster to the worker’s pay and the participant’s invoice. You enter it once. Nobody re-keys timesheets into payroll, or payroll hours into billing, and every change along the way is recorded.

Roster the shift
A coordinator puts the shift on the roster: the participant, the support worker, the time and the type of support. Workers see their shifts in the staff portal on their phone. See NDIS rostering.

The worker clocks in and out
The worker taps clock in and clock out in their phone’s browser. There’s no app to install. Each tap records the time and the phone’s location, and the worker can add shift notes or report an incident at clock-out.

PayEzy checks it against the roster
Clock times are compared with the rostered times using a tolerance you set (15 minutes by default). Shifts inside it approve themselves. Anything outside it, a shift nobody rostered, or a shift with an incident is held for a person to review before it can be paid. See NDIS timesheets.

Run payroll
Approved hours flow into the pay run. SCHADS penalty rates, sleepovers and allowances are applied from your pay settings, along with PAYG withholding, super and leave accrual. PayEzy produces payslips, an ABA file for your bank and a SuperStream (SAFF) file. Single Touch Payroll (STP Phase 2) reporting is in ATO testing. See NDIS payroll.

Invoice and claim
The same verified hours become client invoices and an NDIS bulk claim file you upload to the NDIS provider portal. Rates come from the NDIS Pricing Arrangements for the date the support was delivered. See NDIS billing.
Every change is on the record
Edits to shifts, pay and invoices are written to an audit log. Each entry’s hash includes the one before it, so altering a past record afterwards breaks the chain and shows up.
Use only the parts you need
- ✓Rostering and time only, if you already run payroll somewhere else.
- ✓Payroll without NDIS billing, if you claim through another system.
- ✓NDIS fields switched off entirely, if you’re not an NDIS provider.
