NDIS timesheet software
NDIS timesheets checked against the roster before anyone gets paid
With PayEzy, timesheets build themselves from clock-ins. Each clock-in and clock-out is compared with the rostered shift. Shifts inside your tolerance approve themselves, and anything unusual is held for a person to check, so you review exceptions instead of every line.
How a shift is checked
- ✓The worker clocks in and out on their phone. The time and the phone’s location are recorded.
- ✓PayEzy compares the times with the roster, using a tolerance you set (15 minutes by default).
- ✓Inside the tolerance, the shift approves itself.
- ✓Outside it, unrostered, or with an incident reported, the shift is held for review.
- ✓Location can be matched against the participant’s address and shown as exceptions in a report.
Notes and incidents at clock-out
Workers add shift notes and report incidents as they clock out. A shift with an incident can never roll straight into a pay run or invoice before someone has looked at it.
Pay what was rostered, if you prefer
You can choose to pay the rostered hours rather than the exact minutes for shifts that clock in and out within your tolerance.
Questions
Does PayEzy block clock-ins away from the participant’s address?
No. It records location and reports mismatches as exceptions for you to review. It doesn’t stop a worker clocking in.
What happens to approved timesheets?
They feed the pay run and participant invoices directly.
